Getting started with any new movement experience can be intimidating so my goal is to eliminate any hesitancy that you may have. I want you to be excited to join a class, to move, to challenge yourself a bit and to feel good!
Your Initial Experience
Intro Reformer Class
Your Initial Experience with Pilates is an important one! That's why we offer an Intro Reformer Class to get you started. This small group class is 50 minutes long and with only 4 clients per session, you'll receive personalized guidance. This class focuses on mindful breathing, proper form and the safe use of the Reformer and other Pilates equipment. You'll learn the foundational movements that support strength, mobility and alignment which sets you up for success in future sessions.
The cost for the Intro Reformer Class is $35 and you may pay for it at the time that you schedule via MINDBODY.
Initial Consultation
Another options is to schedule a private Initial Consultation with one of our instructors. This consultation is a one-on-one 30-minute active discussion to understand your motivation to start Pilates. You will have the chance to discuss any particular physical issues you may have and try out the Pilates equipment. You with your instructor will then determine a plan specifically designed for your body.
The cost for the Initial Consultation is $45 and currently you must either book through an instructor or contact the studio.
How to use
If you don't have a MINDBODY account, click on the button. MINDBODY is used for viewing class availability, reserving classes, changing or cancelling classes, setting up calendar reminders, rating classes and making payments. It is the easiest way to find the class you want, book it and keep track of your schedule! Links within the Pilates with Luci website will take you directly to MINDBODY to make the process faster and simpler for you to use.
