REFORMER CLASSES ~ VIRTUAL MAT CLASSES
PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
In these small classes (6 people only), you will get many of the benefits of private sessions at almost half the cost! The 50-minute sessions will be performed on our state of the art Pilates equipment. You can expect a workout that will stretch and strengthen your entire body. Exercises are done under the watchful eye of the instructor with heavy emphasis on proper body alignment. Because we use a system of resistance springs, we are able to accommodate beginner levels as well as more seasoned fitness levels in the same class. Prior experience is necessary to get acquainted with the equipment and the fundamental principles of Pilates. To gain experience you can sign up for a private session. Packages expire monthy. 24-hour cancellation required. Please keep in mind space is limited and we only have one instructor. Your spot is not easily filled especially with a 24-hour cancellation. We'd prefer that you commit to a specific time each week if possible.

A private/semi-private session is a 50-minute customized workout designed specifically for your body. The first session consists of a movement and postural assessment to determine your goals and your body’s specific needs. Subsequent sessions are created to address weaknesses and to enforce correct movement patterns. Private sessions are particularly beneficial to individuals looking to build strength after an injury, for athletes who want to improve performance by strengthening their core, and for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the Pilates method. VIRTUAL MAT CLASSES
Our Pilates mat classes have now transitioned to online classes via Zoom. To join you must first sign up on the MINDBODY APP for the class you want to attend. Then you will receive a link to the scheduled class via Zoom. Please download the Zoom App in advance to avoid running into technical delays.
Classes are 50 minutes long and consist of stretching and strengthening of the body with focus on abdominal work. Props such as the magic circle, resistance bands, 9"overball, are sometimes used but not required for class. If you have any questions, contact Luci directly at 850-287-5194 (text/call).
