ALEXA'S STORY

Alexa is originally from San Francisco but went to school in the Northeast. She developed a passion for Biology which led her to the study of aging bodies.  As an Apprentice learning the Balanced Body Curriculum, she is very excited to teach and share the transformative benefits of Pilates as she continues to grow in her practice.
